Food Grade Lubricants

NSF

CHRISTO-LUBE® Food Grade greases and oils are acceptable as lubricants with incidental food contact (NSF H1) for use in or around food processing areas. Such compounds may be used on food processing equipment as a protective anti-rust film, as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and as a lubricant for machine parts and equipment in locations in which there is a potential exposure of the lubricated part to food. The NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration Program is a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program, which is based on meeting regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR for appropriate use, ingredient and labeling.

CHRISTO-LUBE® Food Grade lubricants commonly find uses on oven chains and bearings, hinges, gears and conveyor roller bearings

CHRISTO-LUBE® Perfluoropolyether Lubricants

CHRISTO-LUBE® PFPE lubricants provide optimal performance in the most demanding applications found in the food processing industry. CHRISTO-LUBE® PFPE lubricants operate over a broad temperature range, are chemically inert and resistant to conventional cleaners or degreasers. Other benefits include; non-toxic, non-flammable and completely odorless.

CHRISTO-LUBE® Synthetic Hydrocarbon Lubricants

CHRISTO-LUBE® PAO lubricants are multi-purpose greases are optimally designed to exhibit unsurpassed performance in food processing equipment. CHRISTO-LUBE® multi-purpose food grade lubricants have excellent extreme pressure / anti-wear properties and are resistant to water and corrosion while typically increasing life by up to four times that of a regular mineral oil based grease.
